Day 01 : Arrival Bagdogra Airport to Gangtok

Welcome to Bagdogra, the gateway to the hill stations of North Bengal and Sikkim. On arrival at Bagdogra Airport, start your journey to one of the most beautiful hill station Gangtok. The road trip to Gangtok is adorned with picturesque landscapes and lush greenery. Gangtok is the capital of Sikkim state. Gangtok is a beautiful and clean city promising the finest monasteries and landscapes. It is one of the best tourist places in Northeast India for peace seekers and nature lovers.

Day 02 : Gangtok to Tour of Tsomgo Lake and Baba Temple

Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel and proceed to visit Tsomgo Lake (12,400 feet), a high altitude lake that is sacred to both Hindus and Buddhists. According to legends, Buddhist monks used to study the color of the lake’s water to predict the future. Later visit the new Baba Harbhajan Singh Temple dedicated to the memory of soldier Harbhajan Singh.

After visiting the attractions, you will be taken back to the hotel for a comfortable stay.

Day 03 : Gangtok Local

After a delightful breakfast by proceed sightseeing tour of Gangtok. You will visit Ganesh Tok which is visited by people since ages and it also offers great views of Kanchenjunga. Then head to the Rumtek Monastery & Dharma Chakra (24 Kms / 2 hrs same will be subject to time permit & traffic conditions) the sect of Kagyu order. Later visit the Namgyal Institute of Tibetology to see the rich cultural heritage of Tibetan architecture and Buddhist culture. Next, we will visit Do Drul Chorten Stupa, Tashi view point, Directorate of Handicraft and Handloom and Flower Show.

Day 04 : Gangtok to Pelling Tour

After a satisfying breakfast check out from the hotel get ready as driver for Pelling. Pelling is a small hill town in West Sikkim district, situated at an altitude of 2150 meters. This beautiful place with a breathtaking view of the mighty Kanchenjunga and neighboring peaks is a paradise for nature lovers

Day 05 : Pelling to Darjeeling

This morning after a delicious breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed for sightseeing like Sky Walk, Pemayangtse Monastery – the second oldest monastery of Sikkim and Rabdentse ruins.

Later drive to Darjeeling. Darjeeling, once known as the “Queen of Hill Stations”, is now better known for its tea. It is the place of Dorje, the mystical thunderbolt of Lamaism, the origin of the name Darjeeling, which was first discovered by the British Captain Lloyd in the year 1829. It will give you a mix-experience of vibrant nature and exotic. Himalayan people. This small town surrounded by tea plantations faces some of the highest peaks of the Himalayas.

Day 06 : Darjeeling Local Sightseeing

Early morning visit Tiger Hill to watch the spectacular view of Mt. Kanchendzonga (World’s 3rd highest peak). Later back to Hotel, after breakfast visit Ghoom Monastery; Batasia Loop War Memorial; Padmaja N. Zoological Garden (Closed on Thursday), Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Tibetan Refugee Self-help Centre (Closed on Sunday), Tenzing & Gombu Rock, drive past Tea Estate & Japanese Peace Pagoda. Walk around the Mall and Local Market (Closed on Thursday).

Day 07 : Darjeeling to Bagdogra

Have your breakfast and then check-out from the hotel. You will be transferred to Bagdogra Airport as it is time to say goodbye with memories worth cherishing for a long time.
